This is speculative on my part folks, but I think we just got more evidence that Adria Arjona is playing Wonder Woman in Man of Tomorrow. If you don’t know the story by now, ever since Adria Arjoana was announced as playing Maxima in Man of Tomorrow there has been speculation, rumours and hints that she is in fact playing Diana Prince, aka Wonder Woman.

Search for the actress or Man of Tomorrow on here and you’ll find all my coverage of  this oddity. The last time we shared anything was Arjona refusing to say who she was playing in the film. See related section below. As I’ve been saying for some time, why would her role as Maxima, which was given to the trades by a direct source clearly, need to be kept secret?

Well in a new interview with Women’s Health, which you can check out fully below, Arjona says this about her motivation to stick to this workout regime.

“The excitement of playing the woman that I’m playing gives me everything I need to wake up. Physically it’s exhausting, but it’s all for the greater good.”

So the excitement of playing a role that only deep comic book fans have heard of (Maxima) gives her motivation to wake up in the morning? Wow, I never knew Arjona was such a Maxima fan from the comics.

I would normally get angry here and moan that DC Studios should just tell us she’s Wonder Woman, or officially announce her character as Maxima. This teasing is to me getting silly. Yet, here I am writing my what, fourth or fifth article about whether Adria Arjona is playing Wonder Woman or not. If she was known to be playing WW, then I likely would dismiss this interview as a nothing burger.

So actually, from a marketing point of view, it’s kinda working and they can still reveal he true role nearer the time for extra hype. At this point, if Arjona is not Diana, then we’ve been led up the garden path by everyone for no reason. Even then it would still help market the role she actually is playing more than it would have got on its own.

Well played DC Studios, but how long now before the game is up?
