Captain Marvel: New Trailer To Hit This Evening Plus A Cool New Poster For the Movie
Captain Marvel will be hitting theaters on March 8 next year and so far we have had one trailer and a few images only released by Marvel Studios. With around three months left till release, the pace is about to pick up in the marketing of Captain Marvel.
Yesterday Marvel studios not only released a brand new and pretty cool poster for the movie (which you can see below), but also confirmed that a new trailer would be arriving this evening. The trailer will air during halftime of the Philadelphia Eagles/Washington Redskins game, so keep your eyes peeled for that one hitting the web this evening. LRM will have it up for your perusal as soon as it becomes available to do so.

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
I’m getting excited for this movie, I feel like it’s going to be a very different kind of origin story than what we are used to seeing and frankly I just can’t wait to see how kick-ass Captain Marvel is in live-action. I thought the first trailer was phenomenal, but I’d expect a few more speaking lines and perhaps a few glimpses at some plot details in the trailer this evening.
What do you think of the new poster and are you hyped for a new trailer later? Sound off in the usual place below.
