In one of the most successful horror theme park attractions, Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights added a new theme in response to the recent success of Evil Dead Burn in theaters.
Theme park enthusiasts will have the opportunity to confront Deadites inside a haunted house setting inspired by the film that trapped the family. Specific details aren’t revealed at this time, but certainly there will be plenty of fire, knives in a dishwasher rack, and possibly a Deadite with a metal object protruding through the head.
Here’s the brief description of this attraction:
Inspired by the franchise’s latest installment, Evil Dead Burn, the haunted houses will take guests on a terrifying firsthand journey through the film’s most frightening moments that begin at the Price family’s secluded vacation home in the woods. The nightmare grows more and more fierce as guests venture through the haunted house, encountering ferocious Deadites around every turn before succumbing to the evil forces themselves.

Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights has had significant success and increased popularity by tying their theme attractions to horror properties in television and films today. In the past, fans flocked towards The Purge, The Walking Dead, Nightmare on Elm Street, M3GAN, The Black Phone, and Friday the 13th.
There will also be merchandise tie-ins exclusively to this haunted house. The collection will include a t-shirt, hat, and an acrylic figure designed for the infernal carnival collectible display. These items are now on sale at both Universal Studios Parks in Florida and California. These items will also be available at www.shopuniversal.com. Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights will begin on select nights at Universal Orlando Resort beginning Friday, August 28, through Sunday, November 1, and at Universal Studios Hollywood from Thursday, September 3 through Sunday, November 1.
