The struggle that can be felt much harder with the old fashion machismo mentality and cultural stigma in the Hispanic/Latinx communities.
In the clip below Fabián Quezada shares how as a man and the machismo mentalities makes it difficult to speak about being HIV positive in Latin America. Leading to being seen different and automatically labeled as gay even though you can be heterosexual.
