WandaVision 10th Episode Theory Debunked By Director

I haven’t bought into the secret WandaVision 10th Episode theory for weeks now. If you don’t know what I’m talking about let me present you the theory. Way, way back some people who worked on WandaVision had credits on IMDb that said WandaVision Episode 10. After that some theories began circulating that WandaVision would have a secret 10th Episode which would air next week.

We published the possibility back at the start. However, since then, all the evidence has pointed to there simply not being any 10th Episode. The most trusted scoopers for WandaVision so far have always maintained it was not happening. Honestly, it was a theory which went nowhere. However, that did not stop fans trying to make evidence fit the theory. Hey, I get it, WandaVision has been great, but there is almost no value to keeping an entre episode a secret. I mean, why not just have a 1.5 hour finale, which they can totally do if they wanted? We already know the runtime for WandaVision Episode 9 and it’s 50 minutes including credits. That still makes the finale the longest episode yet, and should be plenty of time to wrap up events.

If you need one final nail in the coffin, here it is from director Matt Shakman. Shakman recently chatted with Screen Rant and said this when asked.

“No, I haven’t heard this theory. No. Gosh, I wonder who would’ve directed it. But we’ll see. I know there was a Making Of episode the following week, so there’s some continuing WandaVision in the Disney+ world the following week. But we’re wrapping up our show.”

I just can’t think of any reason for Marvel to keep an episode under wraps. As said above, it just makes no sense, and it makes no sense because it’s not going to happen. The WandaVision 10th Episode theory just doesn’t stack up. Leave your own thoughts below.
