What If Marvel Movies Were Rated R?

We all love us some Marvel movies here at LRM Online. If you come to this site, chances are you love them too. From the world-building to the character arcs, they’re just really good at crafting an intriguing story. They’ve captured our hearts and held onto them for well over 20 movies at this point, with plenty more films and TV shows to come. But is that actually enough?

No, it’s never enough. The fact is they’ve been selling us on lies. These guys are superheroes, but rarely do we actually get a realistic depiction of what kind of violence would be inflicted on the baddies were they actually to engage in a fight.

No worries, because the Corridor Crew has our backs. They’ve cut together a new version of the opening fight scene of Captain America: Civil War — one that’s a hell of a lot bloodier than you remember.

As you can see, we have a much more realistic portrayal of what would happen to a man if an unbreakable shield hit him at 200 miles per hours (or however fast Cap throws that thing). Check out the video. Love the video. Be the video.

And dream for a more violent Marvel movie.

Or not. It’s up to you.
