SDCC 2015: Interview with Director Duncan Jones for Warcraft

“Warcraft” takes center stage at Legendary’s booth on the San Diego Comic-Con floor.

During preview night of the convention, Warcraft director Duncan Jones kicked off the studio’s festivities with the unveiling of the life-sized King Llane at the WETA booth. The statue is incredibly detailed, which is carefully crafted by the WETA artists. In addition, a life-size Orgrim statue was revealed at the Legendary booth.

Visitors to the Legendary booth were also presented a treat with a VR experience preview of “World of Warcraft: The Skies of Azeroth” and “Crimson Peak” using Google Cardboard viewers. Approximately 50,000 Google Cardboard viewers will be distributed on the show floor.

Latino-Review participated in a group interview with the director to discuss his love of gaming, the challenges and the popularity of “World of Warcraft.”

“Warcraft” movie will be released on June 10, 2016.
