Get ready, folks, because the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen will be coming back sooner than you expect. After over a year of being absent from the Marvel/Netflix-verse of TV shows, we’re finally set to return to the show that started it all: Daredevil.

We already know that Daredevil will be headed to New York Comic Con early next month, and the official Twitter account very quickly released a motion video teaser, signaling the first wave of advertising for it. Now, pretty much on cue, we have 30-second tease, which shows at the end of Iron Fist Season 2.

Heads-up, no it’s not just you. This teaser is REALLY hard to see, and if you’re watching this outside — good luck! From what we can make out, Matt Murdock is in a confessional (you know, as he does all the time). He seems to be sporting his old-school black outfit, mostly because I’m assuming he damaged the other one when the whole damn building collapsed on him.

He also seems to be really down on himself, pretty much saying he’s given up on the law system, and is ready to go out in a blaze of glory as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. Has Matt Murdock finally gone full-Punisher on us? We can only wait and see.
