Sure, the likes of Titans, Swamp Thing, and Doom Patrol may be getting a lot of headlines for being the live-action faces of the DC Universe streaming service, but they aren’t all that’ll be offered. Of course, Harley Quinn is also on its way in the form of an adult animated comedy, and we cannot forget the long-awaited return of Young Justice with Young Justice: Outsiders.
Don’t worry. DC Universe hasn’t forgotten about it either, and in a new teaser for the show, they reveal that the show is slated to premiere on Friday, January 4. Of course, this is great and bad news. It’s great because fans have been waiting for this third season of the show for years. Bad news: it looks like DC Universe is taking an old-school approach to their release.

Rather than take the Netflix approach of dropping everything all at once, they will instead be rolling it out week-by-week. This is no huge surprise. It’s exactly what they’ve been doing with Titans, and considering this is a relatively new “network,” they need to spread out their content and not shot their proverbial load too early.
