Kevin Feige asked about Alfred Molina spoilers! The Marvel boss has become an expert at diverting questions and giving non answers when he needs to. This is no different. Feige conducted an interview with ET Online for the Black Widow red carpet event. The full video is linked in the previous sentence and I am running another part of it in a separate story. However most of the video is Feige talking about Black Widow and the most recent Disney+ shows.
In what I thought was a particularly cheeky question though, the interviewer asked him about Alfred Molina’s spoiler talk to Variety a little while back. Molina along with many other former Spider-Man villains were rumored to come back for No Way Home, due this December. However, whilst the rest of the rumored cast have stayed tight lipped, Molina just spilled the beans and confirmed he is back as Doc Ock.
Here is how Feige responded.
“You know, some people when they get microphone just love to talk, some are like me, who don’t.”
Later on in the interview, Feige was asked what could be next for Julia Louis-Dreyfus after she made her MCU debut in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. Feige replied with a small joke.
“You should ask Alfred Molina”

Feige is far too good at this to accidentally give information he does not want out there. I sometimes wish some journo’s would stop trying. However, let’s face it, any time Feige says anything about the MCU, it’s news people want to hear. I know one outlet headlined this story as Feige throwing shade at Molina. Honestly I don’t see that here. Feige deflected the questions he was asked skillfully. I’m sure Feige isn’t happy with Molina, although, the info was already out there. As Molina said, he was the “worst kept secret in Hollywood”.
He may well lose that title though if Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire are both returning for Spider-Man: No Way Home. At this point, even if Feige told me they were not, I’d assume he was lying. There are just too many insiders I trust for Marvel saying this with complete confidence.
What do you think of his answers after Kevin Feige asked about Alfred Molina spoilers? When do you think we will get that first No Way Home trailer? As always, leave any thoughts below.
