The Synopsis
The highly anticipated sequel follows our four best friends (Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen, Mary Steenburgen) as they take their book club to Italy for the fun girls trip they never had. When things go off the rails and secrets are revealed, their relaxing vacation turns into a once-in-a-lifetime cross-country adventure.
Before Erin Simms started her journey as a producer and screenwriter she was an actress. She is known for Eureka, The Possession, The Company You Keep and Long Gone Day. There were also television appearances including a brief participation as the yellow power ranger in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy. Some of her hit creations include Student Bodies, A Walk in the Woods and Our Souls at Night.

Before Bill Holderman started creating heartwarming projects with Erin Simms he worked with Robert Redford’s Wildwood Enterprises. Where hits like All is Lost and Captain america: The Winter Soldier were made. Some of his own projects include What They Had, The Old Man & The Gun and the documentary American Epic.
I was connected with the creators of Book Club: The Next Chapter, Erin Simms and Bill Holderman to talk about what new scandalous fun they are bringing us for the new chapter. They both discussed creating these characters and the intention of breaking the stereotype about older people and that they also want to have fun and do things. There was some fun when they delegated on which character they would want to be in the future.
