Fans of the iconic Goosebumps series received a thrilling surprise today at New York Comic Con with the release of the official trailer for the latest chapter in the anthology series, Goosebumps: The Vanishing. Inspired by R.L. Stine’s beloved horror books, this new season promises to deliver the spine-chilling suspense that Goosebumps fans have come to expect.
Goosebumps: The Vanishing introduces twins Cece and Devin Brewer, who are sent to spend the summer with their father in Gravesend, Brooklyn. What begins as a seemingly ordinary vacation quickly takes a dark turn, as the twins uncover eerie secrets surrounding the area. With their friends Alex, CJ, and Frankie, Cece and Devin dive into the mystery of four teenagers who mysteriously vanished in 1994. As danger looms, the group must unravel a haunting mystery that grows more terrifying with each discovery.

Fans won’t have to wait long to immerse themselves in the new season, as all eight episodes of Goosebumps: The Vanishing are set to premiere on Friday, January 10, 2025. The series will be available for streaming on both Disney+ and Hulu.
