In two recent interviews Tom Holland confirms Spider-Man 4 starts filming next Summer and the idea for the story is crazy. Holland first appeared this week on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He didn’t have too much to say but the actor conformed Spider-Man 4 is a go and that it begins filming this Summer. Check out the video in the Instagram link Here.
This of course will be no surprise for the crowd who follow the Barside Buzz on LRM. We have known Spider-Man 4 was happening for a long time. We even knew it would begin filming this Summer thanks to leakers. There are even some rumored plot details flying around. We did cover those Here, but I said at the time, it’s early. Take any plot rumors with a pinch of salt for now.
In a second interview with GMA, Holland also opened up a little about what he thinks of the story being developed.
“The idea is crazy,” the actor teased. “It’s a little different to anything we’ve done before, but I think the fans are gonna really respond to it.”

We may of curse start to get more credible rumors when the film begins shotting next year. Tom Hardy recently denied being in Spider-Man 4, but in a way that doesn’t flat out deny it. Hardy simply started he can’t be because he doesn’t have a script. I guess we will see. I’m not a Venom fan…. Sorry, I mean this version of Venom played by Tom Hardy in some awful Sony movies. I do like the MCU Spider-Man trilogy. So, yeah, not all that fussed if those rumors are not legit.
