Tully Trailer: Juno Creators Re-Team For Film That Shows The Exhausting Nature Of Motherhood

Oh, the joys of parenthood. Oscar-winning writer Diablo Cody has tackled different phases of people’s lives, and in her latest film, she looks to tackle the exhausting nature of being a mother. For this film, she re-teams with Jason Reitman (who directed Juno and Young Adult), and Charlize Theron (who acted in Young Adult) to bring a film that looks to both tire and laugh.

Though it doesn’t look like it’ll just be a film about motherhood, but rather her relationship with the life-saving nanny named Tully.

Focus Features has just released the trailer for the film up above for your first peak of the new comedy.

Below if the official synopsis for Tully:

“A new comedy from Academy Award®-nominated director Jason Reitman (Up in the Air) and Academy Award®-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody (Juno). Marlo (Academy Award® winner Charlize Theron), a mother of three including a newborn, is gifted a night nanny by her brother (Mark Duplass). Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully (Mackenzie Davis).”
