A new piece of Barside Buzz says that Marvel are developing Alpha Flight and X-Force movies for the upcoming Mutant Saga. We don’t know officially that the next saga is called The Mutant Saga, but rumors all point to this being true. The first movie of this saga will of course be the X-Men reboot in May, 2028.
This is not the first time we have heard rumors of either Alpha Flight or X-Force, as one leaker points out below. However, they have not appeared yet and were never likely to happen until after the X-Men reboot.
This is what Daniel RPK had to say on his Patreon,
I hear that a Alpha Flight movie is indeed in development as well as an X-Force movie. They really want multiple Mutants projects next saga
And I hear they still want to do something with Champions / Young Avengers
This would make a lot of sense, though I could see X-Force being a Deadpool and Wolverine movie at this point. As for Champions, we do know that Marvel TV boss Brad Winderbaum is still keen, but nothing is official yet.

Caleb Williams points out that he heard Marvel were developing Alpha Flight many moons ago. Though, the project may have been scrapped and then resurrected under a different pitch, we don’t know.
