Oftentimes, there are plenty of movies of mothers on doing everything to keep their children. Only a few films will portray the other side of the equation with a father’s journey. For The Killing of Two Lovers, the film starring Clayne Crawford follows a father’s emotional rollercoaster journey to keep his family together after an extended separation.
The Killing of Two Lovers follows David, who desperately tries to keep his family of six together during a separation from his wife, Nikki. They both agree to see other people but David struggles to grapple with his wife’s new relationship.
The film also stars Sepideh Moafi, Chris Coy, Avery Pizzuto, Arri Graham, and Ezra Graham. Robert Machoian directed the wrote the movie.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with actor Clayne Crawford on this emotionally driven character. We talked about his intention to work with director Robert Machoian, connecting with Sepideh Moafi and other casemates in a short period of time, and working with children—particularly with Machoian’s children.
Clayne Crawford arrived in Los Angeles in 1997 for numerous theatre productions. His talent became recognized, in which he was cast into major roles in films such as A Walk to Remember, Swimfan, The Baytown Outlaws, and A Love Song For Bobby Long. He played numerous eclectic roles on hit television shows, such as 24, The Glades, All Signs of Death, Rogue, and Rectify. His most recent success was playing the high profile character Martin Riggs in Fox’s television show Lethal Weapon.
The Killing of Two Lovers is now playing in theaters and On Demand today.
