Disney has revealed the Daredevil: Born Again Disney+ release schedule, plus we have the two episode premiere runtimes to discuss also. first off the official schedule.
Daredevil: Born Again will premiere with two episodes released on March 4. We then get weekly releases until Episode 5 on March 25. That date will see both Episode 5 and Episode 6 of Born Again aired at the same time. Then it goes back to a weekly release until the finale, Episode 9 on April 15. This allows Andor to premiere on April 22 without competing against the finale of Daredevil.
The episode titles we’ve known for a while, though we don’t have the correct order for these.
Heaven’s Half Hour
With Interest
Straight to Hell
Sic Semper Systema
The Hollow of His Hand
Excessive Force
Isle of Joy
Art for Art’s Sake
Optics
Again, these are not numbered or in any order that we know of yet. Optics could be Episode 1 for all we know?

We also have the runtimes for the two episode premiere. Not official news. However, if you guys are regular readers you know this source has never been wrong for runtimes.
Check out Cryptic HD‘s post on the premier runtimes below.
The first episode of DD Born Again is 58 minutes and the second is 47 minutes.
Idk the rest, but It is said that the rest of the series maintains proper runtime lengths.#DaredevilBornAgain pic.twitter.com/WAV0q2qwAk

So the first Episode is pretty large at 58 minutes. Cryptic confirmed in another post that the credits are around 4-5 minutes, so that gives us a true runtime of around 53-54 minutes. Episode 2 therefore being around 43 minutes without credits. I think anyone who watches Marvel TV shows know this is not the norm. Marvel shows on Disney+ have averaged around the 30 minute mark apart from the odd episode here and there. If we are getting an average of around 45 min’s per episode then that’s more on par with grown-up hour long shows with commercial breaks.
One of the issues fans have had with Marvel TV is the short runtimes and lack of TV smarts. In other words, character drama that doesn’t require a ton of expensive CGI.
What do you think as Disney reveals the Daredevil: Born Again Disney+ release schedule, or the two episode premiere runtimes? Thoughts below.
