Up until this point in the DC Extended Universe, fans haven’t had a problem keeping their thoughts to themselves as to which aspects of the universe they like. The Man of Steel himself, Superman, has faced plenty of criticism, as Zack Snyder’s interpretation of the character isn’t quite the traditional hero we’ve come to expect from the comics. Instead of standing for truth, justice, and the American way, Snyder’s Superman seems constantly torn as to whether or not humanity is worth fighting for.
That being said, there still have been plenty of great moments from the character thus far in the DCEU. Be it in Man of Steel when he first started to discover his potential to fly, or his fight against Batman, there are a lot of iconic moments that have already been tackled in this universe, for better or worse.

Recently, DC head Geoff Johns took to Twitter to tease at least one more amazing moment from the character.

Of course, Johns is likely referring to some moment they’re cooking up for the upcoming film, Justice League. As of right now in the DCEU, Superman is dead, but that’s never stopped a comic book character from coming back, has it? Plus, with all the marketing material we’ve seen, the fact that Superman is in the film has been one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood.
With Superman inevitably rising from the dead, you can bet your ass that hardcore fans are hoping to see a more altruistic version of his character to rise up from the ashes. This will allow him to carry out some of the most iconic scenes that would not have formerly been possible in this universe.
