Next weekend Deadpool 2 hits theaters everywhere. The highly anticipated sequel will star Ryan Reynolds, Josh Brolin, TJ Miller, Morena Baccarin, Karan Soni, Briana Hildebrand, Rob Delaney and Lewis Tan. So far we have had confirmations of the return of certain X-Men characters like Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Also the addition of Domino, Cable and Shatterstar. But it looks like we may have an additional X-Men character joining the film.

In the track listing from Billboard for Deadpool 2’s film score by Tyler Bates we get a big hint at the addition of the classic X-Men villain, the Juggernaut. The track is titled “You Can’t Stop This Mother F*****”, which according to Bates is his favorite track. Although that alone doesn’t say much about the character the lyrics of the track gives the reference a lot more traction when is says “He’s a juggernaut/You can’t stop this mother f*****”.

The Juggernaut was created by the legendary duo of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and first appeared in Marvel Comics’ X-Men #12. He last appeared in 20th Century Fox’s X-Men: The Last Stand and was played by Vinnie Jones. There is a moment in a trailer for Deadpool 2 where it looks like Colossus was fighting something or someone that resembled the Juggernaut’s helmet.

Hopefully his role is a bit more than just a Cameo if he is even in the film at all. This could just be one big troll by the Deadpool team. We will just have to wait and see next weekend!
