Disney+ hosted an intergalactic celebration for Star Wars: Skeleton Crew with a launch event at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland Resort, Anaheim, California. The event brought together the stars and creators for an evening in the heart of the Star Wars universe.

The occasion featured appearances by Jude Law, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Tunde Adebimpe, Nick Frost, Alia Shawkat, and Jaleel White. Joining them were key filmmakers, including series director, writer, and executive producer Jon Watts, and co-head writer and executive producer Christopher Ford. Star Wars visionaries Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Kathleen Kennedy, along with directors Bryce Dallas Howard, David Lowery, Jake Schreier, and Lee Isaac Chung, also graced the event.

Attendees enjoyed an immersive Star Wars-themed experience, with photo opportunities and entertainment celebrating the series’ launch.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew follows four children whose seemingly safe world is upended when they make a mysterious discovery. Lost in the vast and dangerous galaxy, their quest to return home leads them to encounter surprising allies and formidable enemies.

Jude Law leads the ensemble cast, joined by Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Tunde Adebimpe, Kerry Condon, and Nick Frost.

Episodes are directed by an impressive roster, including Jon Watts, Bryce Dallas Howard, David Lowery, Lee Isaac Chung, Jake Schreier, and the Academy Award-winning Daniels (Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert).

Head writers Jon Watts and Christopher Ford serve as executive producers alongside Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson. Co-executive producers include Chris Buongiorno, Karen Gilchrist, and Carrie Beck, while Susan McNamara and John Bartnicki produce the series.
