Dragon Ball DAIMA To Release In October On Crunchyroll!

Get your Power Poles and Flying Nimbi ready for a new and thrilling Dragon Ball adventure! Dragon Ball DAIMA is releasing on the Crunchyroll streaming service in a few short weeks!

WHAT IS DRAGON BALL DAIMA?

The current official synopsis for the series is:

Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small. What sort of adventure awaits Goku, Supreme Kai, and the new characters Glorio and Panzy in this unknown world, the “Demon Realm”?

The series is coming out during the legendary franchise’s 40th anniversary and will feature characters and story from the series creator, the late Akira Toriyama.

WHEN IS IT RELEASING?

Dragon Ball fans in United States, Canada, Latin America including Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia will be able to stream subtitled episodes of Dragon Ball DAIMA starting October 11th on Crunchyroll. New subtitled episodes will hit weekly following the premiere.

WHO IS INVOLVED?

Dragon Ball DAIMA will, of course, be produced by Toei Animation. The series is directed by Yoshitaka Yashima (Key Animator on Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge) and Aya Komaki (Series Director for One Piece). Series composition and scenario are by Yuko Kakihara, and Animation Character Design by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru.
