There are new pranksters fooling everyone in town.
In the narrative fictional Bad Trip, the movie tells a hidden camera story of two best friends on an ill-fated trip. As they go through one bad event after another, innocent real bystanders witness their shenanigans with outrage and shock. Unbeknownst to them, it’s all a big prank for a movie.
The film stars Eric Andre (The Eric Andre Show), Lil Rel Howery (Get Out), and Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip). Kitao Sakurai (The Eric Andre Show) directed the film.

From one of the guys that brought you Jackass and Bad Grandpa, this hidden camera comedy follows two best friends as they go on a cross-country road trip full of hilarious, inventive pranks, pulling its real-life audience into the mayhem.
Admittingly, audience prank films are surprisingly lacking in the industry and people want to see more. Amazon’s Borat Subsequent Moviefilm proved there’s a tremendous demand and Bad Grandpa was made back in 2013. Jackass 4 is currently being filmed, but we’re hoping that it’ll be released on time for its September 3rd date with the pandemic situation.
The bigger question is how no one seems to recognize Eric Andre, Lil Rel Howery, or Tiffany Haddish in public.
