Ryan Renolds is a producer and stars in the new film Free Guy. A film from Twentieth Century Studios. It is finally coming to theaters after it’s original release date for December 2020.
The Synopsis
In “Free Guy,” a bank teller who discovers he is actually a background player in an open-world video game, decides to become the hero of his own story…one he rewrites himself. Now in a world where there are no limits, he is determined to be the guy who saves his world his way…before it is too late.

Along with Ryan Reynolds the rest of the cast is composed by Jodie Comer, Lil Rel Howery, Joe Keery, Utkarsh Ambudkar and Taika Waititi. The film is directed by Shawn Levy (“Arrival”, “Stranger Things”) from a screenplay by Matt Lieberman (“Scoob!” “The Addams Family”) and Zak Penn (“Ready Player One” “The Avengers” and a story by Lieberman.
Free Guy will be available in theaters August 31, 2021
