Nothing can stop the Terminator.
Nothing can stop the Terminator films. It just keeps coming back.
Terminator: Dark Fate sets to premiere tonight as a third film of the James Cameron franchise. Although there were a few other Terminator films after 1991’s Terminator: Judgement Day, the producers of Terminator: Dark Fate doesn’t quite consider them as canon.
This is considered as the third installment that will follow The Terminator and Terminator: Judgement Day.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton are set to return in their respective roles as The Terminator and Sarah Connor. They will be joined by a new cast of Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Diego Boneta and Gabriel Luna as the new and improved Terminator.
The film follows a similar path as previous films that a seemingly indestructible Terminator from the future must travel to our modern-day period to assassinate a person to change the course of the future. In this installment, Sarah Connor must team up with a hybrid cyborg human and an outdated Terminator to protect a young girl.
LRM Online sat down exclusively with Gabriel Luna and Natalia Reyes at the Latitude Conference in San Diego earlier this fall. They talked about their characters and being a part of this important franchise.
