Toho International’s Academy Award-nominated film, Godzilla Minus One, has officially surpassed $55 million in total domestic box office revenue. This achievement propels the movie into the prestigious rank of the third-highest-grossing foreign language film in US history, overtaking notable predecessors “Hero” ($53.7 million) and “Parasite” ($53.3 million).
As of the latest 2-day box office report, Godzilla Minus One has added an impressive $2.6 million to its earnings, bringing the grand total to $55,009,463.

Set against the backdrop of postwar Japan, Godzilla Minus One introduces a harrowing tale of destruction as Godzilla unleashes new devastation upon an already scarred landscape.
