rumored Hawkeye details

It looks like actors Alaqua Cox and Lauren Ridloff are excited for their upcoming introductions into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Alaqua Cox has been cast as Echo for the upcoming Hawkeye Disney+ series and Lauren Ridloff has been cast as Makkari for the Eternals movie. With the fourth phase of the MCU already underway fans are clamoring for the next wave of superheroes to make their debut. While some release dates have been shared with the public there are some projects still in the dark.

With new actors joining the MCU it is only natural for them to share their excitement for their upcoming projects. In an Instagram post from Lauren Ridloff’s account both she and Alaqua Cox send a message “Echo and Makkari looking at you, Fall of 2021.” You can check out the post below.

The post is interesting to see and try to decrypt.  We know that Lauren Ridloff will be portraying Makkari in the upcoming Eternals film debuting in November this year. With the inclusion of Alaqua Cox who will be portraying Echo in the upcoming Hawkeye series, the question now becomes when will that show debut.

With the last episode of Loki set for next week, there hasn’t been an announcement from Disney+ or Marvel Studios of which series will be next to debut.  Hawkeye had been filming last year and with production wrapped up, there is a good possibility for the show to debut sometime in the next couple of months.  The Hawkeye series will continue to tell the story of Clint Barton dealing with the aftermath of Endgame and introduce a new Hawkeye played by Hailee Steinfeld.

What do you think? Will Hawkeye be debuting later this year? Let us know in the comments section below.
