Incredibles 2 has just locked down the title as highest grossing Pixar movie to date, and on the heels of that performance, Disney has announced its home release — and it’s in just over a month!

As you can expect from many Pixar releases, this movie will come chock-full of special features, especially for its digital release.

When audiences instantly bring home the film two weeks early on Digital, they will receive additional exclusive featurettes, including two SuperScene Breakdowns and Samuel L. Jackson discussing his character Frozone a.k.a. “The Coolest Guy in Show Business.” Overall bonus includes an all-new mini-movie “Auntie Edna,” which gives a glimpse of fashion visionary Edna Mode’s all-night endeavor to design a suit to best harness baby Jack-Jack’s expanding super powers. Also included are an inside look at the production team at Pixar Animation Studios; documentaries highlighting the film’s relatable characters and stand-out scenes; 10 never-before-revealed scenes; filmmaker commentary; the touching theatrical short “Bao” and a corresponding featurette about how the dumplings sprung to life; and much, much more.

Sadly, it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting a commentary from writer-director Brad Bird, which is quite the disappointment because I love hearing that dude talk about his movies. Luckily, we’ll still be getting a featurette with the filmmaker, but I wish they went all-in like they did in that first Incredibles release, where we had like a 40-minute featurette on its making — hopefully all this stuff will amount to that, when all said and done.
