According to some new Barside Buzz Liz Olsen may play Vision’s android wife Viv in Vision Quest. It was only yesterday we shared a story from Deadline in which they said there was a chance Olsen would return to the MCU within Vision Quest. That wasn’t definite reporting like their main story that James Spader was back as Ultron for the series, but it makes sense right?
I said in yesterday’s article that I felt Olsen would not be resurrected as Wanda. At least, not yet, it’ll happen eventually. The answer for how she may come back could have been staring us in the face. If the show has any inspirations taken from the comics then it’s likely that Vision, like Wanda, creates his own family. It wasn’t till I saw this rumor/hint below from Alex P from TCC (good hit rate), that I realised this is likely the best answer.

Another point to note here is this. Alex has teased this before, back in June. Alex made a strange post asking what fans would think if Olsen was to come back into the MCU as a different character? Add both together, plus some obvious logic I missed and more official hint from Deadline and we may have a rumor.
Alex could always deny he is directly saying this, but I suspect not and it makes perfect sense. How can Vision really have a family and not have his wife be played by Olsen? If nothing else we can will it into existence. It also gives Olsen the chance to cap a trilogy of shows that began with WandaVision. However, without needing to bring back Wanda officially too soon. Could Agatha be involved in Vision Quest? After all rumors are that Agatha All Along is the filling to the Vis and Wanda trilogy sandwich. I guess we will find out soon for Agatha All Along.
