Man-Thing rumored for Werewolf by Night according to a new report from The Cosmic Circus. The Werewolf by Night Halloween Special has begun filming and is set to hit Disney+ this Halloween period. We don’t know much about the plot of the show, though we do have some cast and rumors that other MCU characters may show up. I have to say I didn’t think we’d ever get Man-Thing in the MCU. Then again, I also didn’t think we’d get Multiversal Spideys, Space Sharks, magic goats, or Zombies. Yet, here we are, and I genuinely love it how wacky the MCU is becoming.
TCC has a great record when it comes to Marvel leaks. Therefore whilst we always say ‘pinch of salt’, I’m usually pretty confident with this source. Here is what the outlet had to report.
Back on March 2nd this year, Screen Geek came out with an exclusive that there was a Man-Thing Halloween Special in the works. While I can’t currently confirm that, I do think it’s extremely likely.
One of the reasons I say that is I can now exclusively share that Man-Thing is set to appear in a cameo in the Werewolf By Night Halloween special being directed by Maichael Giacchino While it’s only a cameo from what I heard, and that certainly can change, I have been told this by multiple previously very reliable sources, and so I believe this to be true.

Perhaps the Man-Thing character will get his own Halloween Special for 2023? I certainly cannot see it being this year in addition to Werewolf by Night, which by the way, is still not officially happening, yet. However the show is currently filming and we know it stars Gael García Bernal as the title character.
Introducing Man-Thing in WbN and then the character getting his own special a year later seems like a great idea. However I would not say I am anywhere near as confident of Screen Geeks hit rate as I am TCC’s, so take that any way you like.
