Some new Barside Buzz says Marvel is casting a NEW Ghost Rider for Doomsday, plus Sam’s rumored Avengers team from the film. Let’s start with Ghost Rider and Jeff Sneider claimed on the most recent The Hot Mic podcast that the Russos are casting a brand new MCU Ghost Rider.
“I have heard this week that Marvel is casting the role of Ghost Rider,” he revealed. “That’s for Doomsday. I’m hearing that Ghost Rider is going to be in Doomsday.”
He also went on to say this would not be Nic Cage, as may be expected for a Multiversal film like Doomsday.

As for the second rumor today, it comes from The Cosmic Circus. They claim to know who will be in Sam’s Avengers team in Doomsday.
According to the scoop site, Sam’s team has Joaquin Torres/The Falcon, Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Wong, and Shang-Chi. However, he says this team will be supplemented by She-Hulk also.
Now the big issue we have to skirt around here is the cast. Several of these characters have not yet been named in the official cast of Avengers: Doomsday. Now, we have heard and reported that the cast list is not complete. That some stars have yet to agree deals to appear in the film. However, if that is the case, how do the site know the likes of Captain Marvel are in Sam’s team, when she cannot be filming scenes to get leaked?
I’m not the rumor police. However, sometimes a rumor seems to make sense, but also doesn’t for practical reasons. It depends what the site are hearing and I guess how close some of the other casting is. I’m just pinch of salting this one for now, that’s all.
