In a recent interview long time Marvel producer Nate Moore explains how Sam’s Captain America will evolve across Brave New World into Avengers: Doomsday. We are now just a matter of days until the premier of Captain America: Brave New World and promoting the film Moore and the cast spoke with MovieReport.com.
Here’s what Moore had to say regarding Sam Wilson in Avengers: Doomsday,
“It’s no secret we’re starting to build to Avengers 5 and I think there’s never been an Avengers movie where there’s not a Captain America at the centre of it. So this is about Sam Wilson showing the world that he is deserving of the mantle and why he’s both Captain America and not Steve Rogers.”
“And I think he’s going to take the skills from this film and figure out how he can be helpful as the Avengers fight a new threat,” Moore added.

I think we all expected Mackie’s Cap to be at the center of Doomsday. However, what about Secret Wars? I have a feeling we may get Evans returning for that one because Sam is dead or otherwise defeated at the end of Doomsday. That’s pure guess work from me though and I could be very wrong. Let me know what you think will happen with Sam’s Captain America across Doomsday and Secret Wars below.
