Some new Barside Buzz including Spider-Man rumors on the villain, Ninja’s and Tombstones future. Plus, Doom is playing at hero in Avengers: Doomsday. Let us begin with Spider-Man: Brand New Day and some spoilers I won’t cover. Set photos have recently shown one of the actors being arrested by cops, and since that’s potentially quote a spoiler I am not saying who. If you don’t care about spoilers you will find it easily.
Rumors though are more fair game, as such we have two new ones from Daniel RPK on his Patreon.
First, that Brand New Day will see Spider-Man up against an army/squad of Ninjas for one key action scene. How and why, Daniel does not say. However, he did also offer this nugget, which potentially could be an explanation of sorts. Daniel says the movie’s villain is going to be able to control people against their will. Which could explain Hulk going crazy as per rumors and set photos. Daniel says we will see the heroes fighting against people who are controlled by this villain.
We also have some potentially information on Tombstone’s future as an antagonist beyond this film. Check out what Alex P had to say on socials below.

If true, I’m down with this idea. Spider-Man always should have complicated antagonists, it’s really a signature of what makes the comic books great.
Lastly there’s lot so leaker snow jumping on the bandwagon that Tobey Maguire is on Avengers: Doomsday. We shared the earliest rumors of this, ages ago. However, it does seem like everyone is now very confident this rumor is in fact true.

Not that the audience will ever be fooled, but it seems like our heroes may be at first with Doctor Doom. With Doom’s true intentions coming out as the movie progresses.
