Cristina Vee is the voice of the lovable animated superhero Ladybug, the protector of Paris for nearly a decade and five seasons in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.

With an upcoming season six for the animated series and a special titled Miraculous World London: At the Edge of Time, voice actress Vee spoke about her love of the series and character.

Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir follows the adventures of two seemingly typical teens, Marinette and Adrien, with secret identities who transform into superheroes, Ladybug and Cat Noir, when evil threatens Paris, their beloved City of Lights.

The animated series, set in an iconic European city, features a range of diverse characters with different looks and personalities. It conveys plenty of lessons and messages to young viewers.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta chatted with leading voice actress Cristina Vee about the animated series, its characters, toys, and possibly the franchise’s future outlook.

Cristina Vee is a voice actress who provides English dubs for anime, animation, and video games. She has a long list of credits in the anime arena that include Louise in The Familiar of Zero, Nanoha Takamachi in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, Mio Akiyama in K-On!, Lambda-11 in BlazBlue series, Rei Hino/Sailor Mars in Sailor Moon, and even Hawk in The Seven Deadly Sins to name a few. One the video game side, she voiced in the Shantae series, Velvet Crowe in Tales of Berseria, Riven in League of Legends, Bennett and Xingqiu in Genshin Impact, and Tulin in the English version of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Lastly, she is also active in animation with Marinette/Ladybug in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, Haruhi Suzumiya in The Adventures of the ASOS Brigade, and Verosika Mayday in the adult animated series Helluva Boss.

Season six of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir and the special Miraculous World London: At the Edge of Time are coming soon in the fourth quarter of this year.

Miraculous: Tales of Lady & Cat Noir other seasons are currently streaming on Netflix and Disney+.
