Some more Superman set photos and these ones show us both Clark Kent and a potential [SPOILER]. I’ll try to make this easy for people to avoid the spoiler as it is only relevant if you follow rumors from the leaks community. The images themselves I feel don’t spoil anything without any context.

However, I will only show and discuss the Clark Kent image here up top and keep the rest for a spoiler section below. Just in case.

First up we have our first really look at David Corenswet playing Clark Kent, the alter ego of Superman. Check it out courtesy of DC Film News.

I really like this look for Clark. It’s not just Superman with specs on. It looks like Corenswet holds himself differently when playing Kent. Though I admit that’s hard to gauge from one image. I’ve seen some fans hate his hair here, but bearing in mind it’s not supposed to look fashionable. Clark is trying to look unthreatening and frankly nerdy.

So, now onto some information which could Potentially be SPOILERS.

Potential SPOILER

According to some rumors, Superman would go up against a variation of himself in the movie. Now a lot of leakers are claiming that the person seen in the black costume in the image below is that doppleganger of Kal-El.

Is that Ultraman, a clone created by Lex Luthor? Or, just some other hero in a costume? Some leakers have been saying that set videos showed this character beating Superman down to the ground. If such a video exists, I haven’t found it yet. The only set video of this scene I can find online I have shared below.

Yes, we can see that this character is on top of Superman and handcuffs him. However, surely this could be Superman allowing himself to be arrested? I doubt the cuffs would restrain him in any way, unless their made of Kryptonite.

Another potential character suggested by DC fans is one I’m not familiar with called Ulysses. I have seen some images, and this is more comic accurate to him than Ultraman. However, that means little and truly no one knows for sure. This could be Ultraman, or it could be someone else.
