Some DCU news to share including a new Superman TV spot, Millie Alcock being excited to share Supergirl and Nathan Fillion loves his bowl-cut. Let’s start with that new Superman TV spot. There almost no new footage from the recent full trailer. However, we do get a slightly different look at the Kaiju Superman is fighting.

Additionally, Nathan Fillion recently spoke to ET and says he loves the bowl-cut his character Guy Gardner sports in Superman.
“I’m a comic book nerd from a long time back. I knew for some time that I was going to be playing the role, and I have really, really, been jonesing for a bowl-cut. And here it is, this is it, it’s everything. I’m up there rubbing elbows with Superman, Hawkgirl, Mr. [Terrific]…It’s all my dreams coming true.”
Meanwhile Supergirl star Millie Alcock says she’s excited to introduce fans to Supergirl, and she’s excited to star in her first ever movie in two separate interviews.
First in an interview with Extra,
“I’m very, very excited. I think it’s actually going to be a very good movie. It’s my first film.”
Plus, we have Alcock speaking with DC based YouTube channel, check it out.

Supergirl, still officially subtitled Woman of Tomorrow wrapped filming and is due for release next Summer. Though the rumor mill says Alcock will make her big screen debut this Summer with a small cameo in Superman.
Where the DCU goes next is the real question. DC would want at least 1 film in 2027, however so far nothing is ready to film. It could still be Clayface, originally supposed to film later this year, though with recent potential script delays. I’m not expecting that to be on the level of the previous two in terms of capturing an audience at the box office though. So you figure DC must want a proper big name film for Summer 27′.
