Finally we have an ‘actually new’ The Mandalorian and Grogu trailer. The question is, will this help to sell the new Star Wars movie? So far Disney has spent (too much) money on small little meaningless promos. The Superbowl spot was widely criticized and Cam even said it turned him off the film. Plus, yesterday’s teaser for a trailer dropping today was ill advised after that Superbowl debacle.
Well, here it is, so will it make you want to go see The Mandalorian and Grogu at theatres?
This is definitely a lot better than any of the previous trailers or spots so far. It looks more gritty and set in the underworld where Mando belongs. Whether that’s the case or they just cut a better trailer for my tastes, I find it welcome.
Does that mean, I or any of you will be rushing to see The Mandalorian and Grogu in theatres? I don’t know, I’m not quite there yet.

The Mandalorian and Grogu hits theatres on May 22. The movie is written/directed by Jon Favreau and follows on from The Mandalorian Disney+ series created by Favreau and Dave Filoni. The film stars Pedro Pascal as Mando and brings in screen legend Sigourney Weaver in her debut Star Wars role.
So what do you think of the new The Mandalorian and Grogu trailer? Is this more to your taste, or still a big nope? Thoughts below.
