Many actors work on multiple films at the same time. For example, a mustached Henry Cavill was still involved in principal photography on Mission: Impossible – Fallout when he had to take a break for the infamous Justice League reshoots. Other actors may shoot a TV show on weekdays and a movie at nights or on weekends. Some of these actors are busy folks, folks.
An even more impressive feat is filming two separate movies in the same day!

Oscar Isaac talked to /Film about shooting Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Annihilation at the same studio, sometimes filming scenes for both films in the same day. Check out part of the exchange also involving Annihilation director Alex Garland:
Isaac: So some days I would walk from — I think I still used my trailer from Star Wars…
Garland: Yeah, we didn’t have trailers. But there were days where you were, on the same day, shooting both things.
Isaac: Yeah, there were. I would shoot something in the morning and then have a little bit of down time and then switch it up. So that was wild.
Garland: We’d catch him at his lunch break and say, ‘We’ve got to shoot this now!’ (laughs)Isaac: I think I visited, too, still dressed up as Poe on the set.
Now that… is pretty wild. One would think it would be hard to keep the characters straight, as I often find when trying to write two screenplays at the same time. But, Isaac is a pro, so it’s all in a day’s work for the galaxy’s greatest living pilot.
