In the anticipated Parmount+’s HALO, the series brings in a familiar face with Cortana (played by Jen Taylor) and a new character with Quan Ah (played by Yerin Ha).
For many video game fans, it is a long-time anticipated series that follows the long storyline of the past twenty years with some twists with new characters in the universe.

In its adaptation for Paramount+, HALO will take place in the universe that first came to be in 2001, dramatizing an epic 26th-century conflict between an alien threat known as the Covenant.
The series star Pablo Schreiber, Natascha McElhone, Jen Taylor, Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy, Danny Sapani, Ryan McParland, Burn Gorman, and Fiona O’Shaughnessy.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta participated in a roundtable interview with Yerin Ha and Jen Taylor. We discussed video gaming, its characters, and the universe of HALO.
Yerin Ha made her television series debut in Reef Break as Technie Jane. She followed up with another series Troppo as Ah Rah that also stars Thomas Jane.
Jen Taylor has most famously known for her voice acting contributions to video games and cartoons. She voiced Cortana and Dr. Catherine Halsey in the HALO video franchise game series and will portray the former character in the live-action series. Also, she provided the voices for Princess Peach, Toad, and Toadette in Nintendo’s Super Mario franchise. Her other credits include Rooster Teeth’s RWBY franchise with various voices, Destiny video game, Star Wars: The Old Republic video game, and Left 4 Dead video game.
HALO streams premiere exclusively on Paramount+ streaming service this Thursday, March 24.
