Raphael Alejandro is one of the favorite characters of the Disney show Bunk’d.
Bunk’d is a Disney original. The first season premiered in 2015 on the Disney Channel. This was a spin off from the series Jessie that ended that same year. Former cast members from Jessie like Karan Brar and Skai Jackson appeared for the first few seasons of Bunk’d. Peyton List remains as an original cast member. Bunk’d fifth season was released January 15th.
Raphael Alejandro joined Camp Kikiwaka in season three. Alejandro stands out as the kid that is cautious and sees possible danger in any situation.
The young actor has been acting since he was four. He has made several television appearances and is known for playing Roland in ABC’s hit Once Upon a Time and Fox’s Almost Human. Alejandro has also been in films like Badge of Honor and Kindergarten Cop 2. The Latin community remembers him for playing Salma Hayek’s son, Hugo in How to Be a Latin Lover with Eugenio Derbez.
In July he will be seen in a new Disney production Jungle Cruise. As well, as DreamWorks The Boss Baby sequel, The Boss Baby: Family Business out in September.

I had a fun time speaking with Raphael Alejandro for the second time, but this time via Zoom. Alejandro discussed his character Matteo in Bunk’d and working with Dwayne Johnson for Jungle Cruise. He also shared about his experience doing voice acting for the new animated film.
