According to the latest Barside Buzz it is rumored there are good Kang variants as well as evil ones in the MCU. Comic fans probably would point to Iron Lad as evidence this was the case there as well. However, so far in the MCU all we have met are the nastier ones. I guess one could argue He Who Remains was less evil than other variants, but he was still wiping out entire timelines.
Whether Iron Lad appears, remains to be seen. However Alex P from TCC says there will be benevolent variants of Kang we meet as well.
I can’t confirm that there will be an Iron Lad variant in the future, mainly because it would be irresponsible.

One thing I want to see for sure is the connection made between Kang and the Fantastic Four. Comic book fans will know that Kang is a distant descendant of Reed Richards. There’s no guarantee that will be the case in the MCU, however I hope it is.
It could also be really interesting to see variants of Kang that aren’t out for themselves and could maybe even help the heroes. It’s interesting to see Majors playing these different variants so a nice, or heroic Kang would be an interesting change of pace.

I guess the question to ask next is, where could we see some more Kang variants show up. Loki Season 2 seems like it will have at least 1-2. Outside of that the only one we can bet with certainty on is Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. However, I’ll guess we see Kang a couple more times elsewhere before that point. Though where once we had a clear plan, now it’s a little murkier if we are talking about the path of The Kang Dynasty, delays, rewrites and a change of tactics on how much Disney+ content is created. So, we shall see.
