Cartoons are definitely not for children anymore. In the past few decades, there are more animated series geared at adults. For the streaming service Paramount+, they introduced a new adult animated comedy titled The Harper House during this year’s Comic-Con@Home.
During the presentation, the streaming service released an official trailer for a key art for the series. The virtual panel was moderated by TV Guide Magazine’s Damian Holbrook as he led a lively conversation with some of the cast members Rhea Seehorn, Jason Lee, and Ryan Flynn. During the panel, there were special appearances by Gabourey Sidibe, Gary Anthony Williams, Nyima Funk, VyVy Nguyen, Lance Krall, as well as creator/executive producer Brad Neely, executive producer Katie Krentz, and supervising director Brian Sheesley.

Here’s the official synopsis:
The Harper House follows an overconfident female head of a household as she struggles to regain a higher status for herself and for her family of oddballs after losing her job and moving from the rich side to the poor side of a small town in Arkansas. To save money, they’ve moved into their inherited Victoria fixer-upper, the historic Harper House.
Also, the panelist took the opportunity that the premiere date for The Harper House will be on September 16 on the Paramount+ streaming network. The series joins many animated programs on the streaming service, including Star Trek: Lower Decks, Rugrats, Kamp Koral: Spongebob’s Under Years, No Activity, Stephen Colbert Presents Tooning Out the News, and later this year with Star Trek: Prodigy.
