Sideshow Review I The Best Collectibles For May And June

Welcome to my monthly review for one of my favorite companies that produce and release kick-ass statues and figures collectibles for the world of Pop Culture. I am combining two months together this time because I am waiting for a new statue that is hit with a delay. I kept waiting for that statue till an email came letting me know that there is a delay. But that is okay, we have a ton of pre-orders that you can order! And remember, you can do a layaway plan and get some points to get used towards a new purchase!

For the DC and Joker fans, there is a cool Joker Deluxe Maquette collectible from Tweeterhead. It has the Joker sitting in a chair that costs $575. However, it can be put into layaway for $64 a month.  This statue does have a ton of details to check out online. It stands over 20 inches tall and again has details that you can spend a ton of time looking at and appreciating. Some include the Batman cape and cowl and the money with gasoline. A must for that die-hard Joker fan and those who love the world of Batman!

Collectibles

Even though it is only June, Sideshow is already thinking about Halloween and masks! The first one is by Trick or Treat Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures. They bring you Gollum! Straight from The Lord of the Rings trilogy movies comes this unbelievably creepy face mask with wonderful detail. The cost for this mask is about $60 without shipping and handling charges. That comes once you check out depending on your location. It fits an adult size head. Again, it should be fun to have and scare some people away from your Precious! There is a second one from The Lord of the Rings. The Lurtz mask, which is the most expensive of the three available. It goes for $110. However, there is a ton of creepiness in this mask and a great one to scare anyone with.

Collectibles

The other mask is also made from Trick or Treat Studios. It is the Shao Khan Mask from Mortal Kombat. This mask has incredible details. It should be great to use on Halloween night! The price for this mask is $80. Although, the postage will be different depending on your location.

Collectibles

For fans of the Masters of the Universe there is a pre-order collectible for the leader of the Evil Horde, Hordak. This is from the Sixth Scale figure lone from Sideshow. This figure is by Mondo and stands 12 inches tall. The figure is very cool and reminds me of the toys that came out in the ’80s during the peak of the television show He-Man and the Master of the Universe. He goes for about $230. You can put him into layaway for $69 a month to get him.

Collectibles

Also, for Power Rangers fans there is s new Green Ranger statue collectible from Kami-Arts!  It will find a release this month. The cost for this statue is $798 with a layaway plan starting at $89 a month so you have him added to your collection.  He stands about 22 inches tall and about 12 inches wide and has several areas on the figure that light up as well.

Collectibles

For Star Wars fans there is also a new Jabba the Hutt Deluxe statue collectible from Iron Studios. This statue is a 1:10 scale statue that is about 9 inches tall and 15 inches wide. The weight for this item is about 11 pounds. So, not a lightweight statue. Make sure you have a shelf that can hold that weight!  This statue has him sitting on his famous platform with his little pet sidekick ready to hear you beg for your life! It is a great addition to your Star Wars collection. You can have Jabba as the centerpiece! The price for Jabba is $540. There is the option of a layaway plan of $60 a month. Again, the more you buy, the more reward points you get to get more statues!

Collectibles

Marvel fans have a new Miles Morales Sixth Scale Figure by Hot Toys. Its name is Miles Morales (Bodega Cat Suit). The statue collectible is from the video game, comes with Spider-Cat, and a few other extra accessories. What I do like about these Sixth Scale Figures is that you have the choice of how to pose them along with any accessories you wish. He stands over 11 inches tall and costs about $275 with a layaway plan of $62 a month.

I saved this last one because it cost so much, and there is also a limit to just 350 in production.  From DC Series Life-Size Bust comes the Joker created by Infinity Studio X Penguin Toys.  From the movie Joker, comes this life-size bust of Arthur Fleck as the Joker.  The collectible bust looks incredible and does look like Joaquin Phoenix. If you order him before June 2, you will get one Joker mask like one from the movie. The height is well over 32 inches and 20 inches wide. The weight for a lot of these busts are over 12 pounds. So, have a strong shelf or a great safe place to display him. The price is $3,799. The collectible comes with $437 a month layaway plans, but that is also very pricey. It is an awesome bust, but it is for those with deep pockets.

Since my statue is on delay, I decided to share one of my first Sideshow collectible statues. I got it about 10 years ago or so. The cost is around $400 to buy this one with a height of 13 inches. Her name is Baby Doll from the movie Sucker Punch. This statue looks just like the actress Emily Brown and the movie is not that bad. The statue has good detail, and the pose is awesome as well! I shared some pictures of this statue above and below. I hope you enjoy the way she looks!
