It’s official now, Steve Rogers returns in the first teaser trailer for Avengers: Doomsday, check it out, legally. Most of you have probably seen the potato quality version of this one already, but no longer must you strain your eyes. Marvel has officially dropped the first teaser for Avengers: Doomsday now that the second teaser is playing in theatres. 

That also means we don’t have to use spoiler tags every time we talk about Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) coming back. Without further ado…

I won’t get into any of the rumors surrounding the film in case anyone is staying away from anything non-official.

However, we can talk about what we see above/ Evans was not names as one of the cast initially when filming began. Yet, Rogers is the focus of the first teaser trailer we see for the film. This indicates a big role and not just a cameo from Evans. The above teaser also takes us back to Avengers: Endgame when Steve went back in time to drop off the Infinity Stones and decided to stay with Peggy. Now we know Steve and Peggy have a child together. Though, how Steve plays into the plot of Doomsday and Doctor Doom specifically?

Well, you can check the related section above, but that is unofficial rumor territory folks and likely some spoilers. Click at your own risk folks. 

The question now is, will all of the Doomsday trailer follow this release pattern? This teaser was playing in front of Avatar: Fire and Ash, until this week when it changed to the second teaser featuring Thor (Chris Hemsworth). Can we therefore assume that sometime next week we will get the Thor trailer online, as the third teaser hits theatres? Supposedly there are five teasers in total. Rumors say one will feature Doctor Doom and one will feature everyone, but let’s wait and see for sure.
