It looks like Thor is shedding the pounds in the new images from the Thor: Love and Thunder News Twitter page. The behind the scenes pictures show Chris Hemsworth, the star for Thor, in fitness clothes with red and white striped sweatbands. Also, fans in the comments are hoping for a training montage. I would love to see that.

Where We Left Off With Thor
After failing to stop Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, Thor just gave up on life. He wasn’t leading his people or even caring for himself. Thor spent 5 years drinking and playing video games with Korg and Miek. At the end of Avengers: Endgame, he’s in a better place and is aware he’s not fit to rule his people. He gives his leadership role to Valkyrie and teams up with the Guardians of the Galaxy. We’ll see what Taika Waititi, Thor: Love and Thunder’s director, has in store for the god of thunder.
Thor: Love and Thunder News also tweeted an image of a description of what’s to come. I love Waititi’s work and can’t wait for Thor: Love and Thunder as well as the next season of What we do in the Shadows.
