It seems we have to new names to add to the cast of Marvel’s VisionQuest series, Lauren Morais and Diane Morgan. VisionQuest comes to Disney+ in 2026 and stars Paul Bettany and James Spader. The pair reprise their roles as Vision and Ultron respectively alongside a number of returning and new AI > Human characters. Also it is clear the period between Vision and Quest has been removed in this title since it was first announced.
As per Variety,
‘Newcomer Lauren Morais and Diane Morgan, best known on TV screens for her comedy creation Philomena Cunk, have joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as part of the upcoming Disney+ series “VisionQuest.”’
‘Described as the third part of a trilogy that includes “WandaVision” and “Agatha All Along,” the show sees Paul Bettany reprise his role as the super-powered android Vision alongside James Spader, Todd Stashwick, Ruaridh Mollica, T’Nia Miller, Emily Hampshire, Orla Brady, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and James D’Arcy.’
We also have a little information on the roles both actresses are playing.
‘Variety understands that Morais is playing Lisa Molinari, a character closely connected to Mollica’s Thomas Shepherd, while Morgan is playing an associate of Stashwick’s character, Paladin.’

As a Brit, I have probably seen Diane Morgan in more roles than most who read LRM. Certainly not just as Cunk, which she’s most famous for. Honestly folks, I think she’s brilliant and whilst this is clearly a small role, I think we’ll be seeing more and more of Diane Morgan in Hollywood soon.
Looking forward to VisionQuest, in fact I’m hopeful this will be pretty good. Hope I’m right.
What do you think of the news Lauren Morais and Diane Morgan are added to the cast of VisionQuest? Thoughts below.
