Unbelievably, the latest Barside Buzz is that Wanda will return to the MCU as Doctor Doom’s love interest. Yep, I really typed that. Now, the news does come from MTTSH who’s hit rate has tanked in the past year compared to previous. That being said, Alex Perez of TCC seems to be backing this one up. Though, not coming right out and saying, “yes, I have heard this too.” Instead we get the tease/hint game.
Regular readers will know I rarely cover these. However, this story is just bizarre enough that I figured, you have to cover this one. I mean, if it ends up legit and we didn’t cover it, I’d regret it. Anyway, here it is.

At this point, who knows what the hell Marvel is cooking with Doomsday and Secret Wars? I guess we will just take this one with a pinch of salt until we get more details, or it gets debunked.
Bit of an age gap between Robert Downey Jr. and Liz Olsen, but probably no one will care. That being said, do I think this is legit? I’m not quite ready to jump on that train just yet myself. However, what do I know?

We have heard legitimate rumors, for a whole that Wanda will return. It was only recently we shared Jac Schaeffer refuses to answer questions about a possible Scarlet Witch movie. So, yeah Wanda is coming back, but as Doom’s lover? Let’s wait and see.
