I think it would be safe to say that if Guy Ritchie and Jason Statham are making a film together, it would seem like an automatic watch for fans of action/thrillers. How many action sequences have these two been responsible for? One of course behind the camera, and the other front and center. On May 7th, we now get that opportunity in the action-thriller feature film, Wrath of Man.
In this film, we find a man in search of the murderer of his only son. The catch is that the man who killed his son is part of a group of bandits that rob armored trucks. So in order to lure them out, H, played by Jason Statham, goes undercover as a security guard. In the meantime, he gains notoriety for doing his job exceptionally well. This film is based on the French film Le Convoyeur written by Nicolas Boukhrief and Eric Besnard.

Ahead of the release of Wrath of Man, LRM Online talked with Laz Alonzo. One of the stars of the film. He is no stranger to action-packed films. Recently we have seen him in the second season of Amazon Prime’s The Boys as Mother’s Milk. During our conversation, we focus on talking about his experience on set working with Guy Ritchie. It’s a great conversation that you check out down below!
Miramax’s Wrath of Man will be in theaters on May 7th, 2021.
