Benedict Cumberbatch Beats the Crap Out of Spock in a Behind the Scenes Clip of ‘Star Trek 2’

You’ve seen the photos last week and now there is a behind the scene video of the fight sequence between Benedict Cumberbatch’s unnamed character and Zachery Quinto’s Mr. Spock in the “Star Trek 2” film.

5min, a subsidiary of AOL TV, published a minute long video of the fight sequence in front of a green screen. A couple of details were revealed that the fight scene may be “high up somewhere” and Cumberbatch’s character must be as strong as a Vulcan.

It was revealed on MTV News last week that the scene was described as “a Space Barge” set.

We’re still taking wild guesses on who is Cumberbatch playing in the new Star Trek film. Whoever he is, he can withstand a Vulcan nerve pinch. So he’s definitely one tough guy.

Actors Chris Pine, John Cho, Zoe Saldana, Karl urban, Simon Pegg and Anton Yelchin are all reprising their roles in the J.J. Abrams-directed “Star Trek 2.”

“Star Trek 2” will be in theaters on May 17 next year.

Check out the behind the scenes clip below.
