President Snow is back with another address to the people of Panem in this new teaser for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay- Part 1. Only this time, things don’t go as planned. Unlike the first viral clip released on TheCapitol.PN, the rebellion is able to disrupt the transmission to deliver a message of its own.

Donald Sutherland plays President Snow, and in the video he’s joined by Josh Hutcherson and Jena Malone. Jeffrey Wright plays Beetee, the man who hijacks Snow’s message.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay- Part 1, the third filmin the series, was directed by Francis Lawrence- who also helmed the second film, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The film is due out on November 14.
