New WONDER WOMAN Photo Offers A Look At Stunning Gadot As Diana Prince

Wonder Woman was one of the more intriguing- and widely praised- aspects of DC’s epic Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice earlier this year. One of the things that was great about the character was that she was also most intriguing as her alter ego, Diana Prince, as she was in her full-blown Wonder Woman glory. Israeli actress Gal Gadot was able to imbue the character with a real sense of cunning and understated power.

We’ll get to see Gadot as Wonder Woman two times next year, which means we’ll get to see more of Diana Prince as well. She’s set to appear in her own solo flick, as well as the outsized Justice League. In this new photo from Wonder Woman that we’ve gotten our hands on, courtesy of Batman-News, we get a new glimpse of Prince:

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman comes out on June 2, 2017.
